Terms and Conditions

General
  • By completing and submitting this form, you signify your agreement to accept and abide by the Rules and Regulations as stated by The Helping Hand (the Organiser) for THH Ride & Run To Restore 2024 (the Event).
  • The Organiser reserves the right to restrict or refuse participation entries without explanation.
  • The Organiser may use the image or likeness in any record of the Event for any future promotional purposes related to the Event in future years.
  • To the greatest extent permitted by the law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any bodily injuries, loss and/or damage to property, whether personal or otherwise, and howsoever arising.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the nature of the event at any time and shall not be liable for any consequential loss or inconvenience caused. All fees and donations received will still be directed to The Helping Hand.
Registration and Eligibility
  • All riders must be physically fit and should be experienced riders who are familiar riding in a group.
  • Please note that stationary bike or any form of indoor cycling will not qualify for the Event. For more information on safety and Safe Management Measures (SMM), please refer to this page.
  • The Organiser will not be responsible for any contention arising from incomplete or wrong entries given by the participants.
  • If you wish to amend your registration details after submission, please email your request to [email protected]. Deadline for all amendments is by 15 March 2024, 11:59pm. Please ensure that your request is duly acknowledged by The Helping Hand.
  • If you wish to withdraw from the Event after submission, please email your request to [email protected]. Deadline for all withdrawal is by 15 March 2024, 11:59pm. Please ensure that your request is duly acknowledged The Helping Hand.
  • All donations raised by riders who have withdrawn or have not participated in the ride, will still be directed to The Helping Hand.
  • To be eligible for a place to participate in the Event, all riders must register and submit payment for the registration as stated in the Race Details section of this website.
  • Upon receiving the registration fee, the Organiser will send an email to eligible riders and confirm their participation.
  • All fees and monetary donations raised from the Event will be directed to The Helping Hand. These will include the registration fees paid and any funds raised by riders who cancel or withdraw from the Event after submission.
Participation Details
  • All riders must complete their ride before 30 Apr 2024, 11:59pm (the Race Period).
  • All riders are allowed to accumulate the required distance of the Event, as long as the ride is completed within the Race Period.
  • All riders must use STRAVA to track their ride.
  • The Organiser reserve the right to disqualify riders if submitted information are deemed to be unclear, incomplete or fraudulent. Disqualified riders will not be eligible to receive the Event entitlement.
