What is Ride & Run to Restore

Ride & Run to Restore is a fundraising initiative by The Helping Hand to raise public awareness and funds to support life transformation by providing a full-cycle rehabilitation programme for ex-offenders.

The Helping Hand (THH) is a halfway house in Singapore that provides comprehensive rehabilitation services to ex-offenders. Our organisation takes a holistic approach to life transformation, offering various support services encompassing various aspects of an individual’s journey towards reintegration into society. These services include family counselling, life-skills learning, and after-care support.

Through our dedicated programs, which combine support, counselling, and employment opportunities, we have successfully assisted over 2,900 ex-offenders in transforming their lives and becoming contributing members of society again. We firmly believe in the power of second chances and are committed to helping individuals rebuild their lives and regain their sense of purpose.

How would the funds raised be utilised?

All contributions will be allocated to THH‘s rehabilitation and fourfold therapy programme.  The Helping Hand adopts a holistic approach to life transformation by providing comprehensive support to ex-offenders, including family counselling, life skills training, and aftercare services. With our programmes’ support, guidance, and work opportunities, we have assisted over 2,900 ex-offenders, many of whom have successfully reintegrated into society as contributing members.
